Go For Dimes

Do i ever learn something from a book?

Yes, i do. often.

i read this book titled “Don’t sweat the small stuff (Carlson R.)” that my partner gave to me as a birthday present (the only birthday gift i got in 20). The book told us about how to live more effectively and mostly how to balance our mood around lack emotions we’re dealing with everyday. There are 100 lessons in the book, i read it very carefully, page by page. seriously this book has brought me to the higher phase i can ever be now.  It’s adhesive, remained in my soul.

it is fun, reading a book. every time i get alone i carry it everywhere, thinking i probably have time to read some when somehow. it’s my bible now, pocket book. i don’t wanna be separated from it. Lol.

i feel so encouraged. oh so wonderful,

besides mingling with books, internet has been my enlightenment of mood these days. I search sorts of new acknowledgments, almost any kind of magical thing. even though i hate when my head get so dizzy and beaten up. it hurts like shit. do i have a brain cancer? (hope not)

internet, love it. maybe it’s because i got unlimited subscription, so I’m not worried about the bill.

NEXT is WEEDS SERIES. Man, i cannot describe how the movie amazed me. A drug dealer mommy tried to build her own weeds business for family income. I’m probably insane, i adore weeds/series. Mary-Louise Parker did it well. so preety, so dangerous, so adventurous. her children are ‘pfftt’ brilliant! weeds business makes dimes. But i doubt it when indonesian deals, so not cool. (what is it Mut? wkwkwkwk).

hey, what is your plan for this year? or month? or Week? and have you already got satisfaction with what you do?

I think i have one. I do wanna make zillion of dimes!

  • This is the recipe for overload: books, internet, weeds and treasure island. Each of these may make you a rich man, even a wiser man, but all four at the same time is overdoing it, I think.

Actually getting rich is something you should start with way before you are born. The main thing is to choose the right family. I guess Bill Gates would do as a suitable father.

For those of us who missed that opportunity an alternative may be to take refuge with working hard all life. Though it most likely it’s a dead end street. Or, if you are very lucky, with in the end as the only result that you leave a small fortune to your children – at best.

Of course, provided one has a criminal mind, there is a much easier way. Especially if you have a swindler’s talent for charm and creativity. In that case you may take a short cut like Madoff did.

Though, looking back, I personally would say dimes were useful, but fun was better.

    • I prefer a word ‘happiness’. I’m hungry of happiness.
dimes are just example that comes in the way.

“never sweat the small stuff” remember?

i take whoever and whatever comes in to my life’s track and gain something from ‘em.

      cold respond, Sir..
      colors my day.

      lol.

let’s say, everybody has his/her early obsession.
in my life, i choose both to be happy and useful, thinkitssa choice.
      how bout you?

  • Ahahaha, I think we would have gotten along just fine living under the same roof. I miss rabensama loads! Hahaha

Reading is a guaranteed mood lifter for me. The fabulous world of carefully crafted words always steals me away from whatever crap I was dealing with.

And coupled with the internet – Ahaha. Resep autis berjam-jam!!

As for plans? I have lots! I plan on eating lots tomorrow. Or is that too simplistic? :P I’m easily amused.

    • i can get along with people who are easily amused.
even, eating craps makes me happy. lol (total mixed up)
we gotta try to amused ourselves together sometimes. haha..

      i wonder..

      “when.is.The.Strokes.Coming by the way?”

  • Sorry for my misunderstanding and for my sloppy lack of close reading. I deserved a verbal beating.

Let’s add I admire your choice to be happy and useful. And “thinkitssa choice” is a smart tool to get there.

On second thought: what about the old dichotomy: nature and nurture. Doesn’t our nature – the genes, the chemical processes – limit our choices? And don’t the circumstances – in what family you were born, how you were raised, under what conditions you make you living- shape one’s choices also?

    • Good perspective. but again, the best shot i can give is to practice what world’s been teaching me about.

technically, my parents are born because of their very elders decision, and tell me if it’s wrong: everyone has rebellious genes lived in their body. even in my parent’s or yours or theirs.

to nurture, there is no limit for that. even genders that is issued as these days world’s concerns.

we all wanted to live happily in natural rhymes.

yes i might beat u. lol

  • te , i’ve watch finale episode of weeds season, 3, or 4, the one include MK Olsen on it. Very cool indeed.
Would it be other season, i cant wait to watch it.
